Code Buex has a 48–72-hour turnaround time for most design services. This is the timeframe for a single iteration, not the full project. For example, logo/website orders or revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday; on a Friday, by the end of Tuesday.
To request a refund, follow one of these options:
Partial refunds may be discussed with a Project Manager. Final decision is at Code Buex Management's discretion.
Unless purchased separately, Code Buex is not responsible for creating or adding content/images/products. Clients provide product info and approve image usage.
All client info is confidential. Neither party may make defamatory statements about the other after the project ends.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM GMT+1. After-hours inquiries should be submitted via the Team Works Account and will be handled the next business day.
Code Buex offers basic setup instructions for email/website services included in some packages. Full training or server troubleshooting is not provided unless a support plan is purchased.
All communication must occur through official Code Buex channels (Project Camp Account, official emails, or phone). Code Buex is not liable for issues due to third-party communication.
We continue revising your design (as per package) until you’re completely satisfied.
Design files are delivered via “My Account.” Rush delivery (within 48 hours) is available for $100 extra. You’ll also receive notification via email.
We keep finalized design files. You can request them again anytime in the future.
